I bought coins but didn't get them.

Open Settings and tap "Restore purchases". The game checks with Google Play or the App Store and adds anything that is missing. If that doesn't help, email us with the date of the purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Payments go through the store, so refunds do too. On Android, use Google Play's order history (play.google.com → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I keep my pet when I change phones?

Turn on "Cloud save" in Settings on the old phone. On the new phone, sign in with the same Google Play Games profile (Android) or Apple ID (iPhone), install Tibblo and turn on Cloud save again.

How do I turn off reminders?

Open Settings and switch Reminders off. They are quiet between 20:00 and 08:00 by default.

How do I delete my data?

"Settings → Start over" deletes the pets on this device. Uninstalling the game deletes all of its files. A cloud copy can be removed in Google Play Games settings or in iCloud storage. We hold no data about you ourselves; see the privacy policy.

Is Tibblo safe for my child?

Yes. There are no ads, no chat, no account and no tracking. A grown-up check comes before any purchase and before the support link.
